The Chief Medical Director of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH), Prof. Chituru Orluwene, DSSRS, JP, joined distinguished academics, administrators, students, and notable personalities at the prestigious Emeritus Prof. Nimi Briggs Legacy Lecture Series. Delivering the keynote address was Attahiru Jega, OFR, former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
